Tarbush Restaurant - Empire Gallery Subang Jaya


Its Sunday afternoon. Today we intended to go to Anjung Merah II for lunch. Anjung Merah II serves Malay delicacies. Later we found out that Anjung Merah located at USJ 3A/2 was closed. Since we were in Subang area, we later proceed to Empire Gallery for other alternative. Ole-Ole Bali and La Bodega was packed since its peak for lunch hours. We decided to try Tarbush.

Tarbush Restaurant synonym among Lebanese food lover. Established in 1998 in Malaysia, Tarbush had expand up to fives outlets. Most of us will notice their outlet in Bukit Bintang with distinct features on the front of the restaurant.

Influence by the Arabic decoration, the restaurant ambiance will at least entertain us while waiting for the food to be serve.

HR Steak House - Kampung Baru Kuala Lumpur


Are you in desire to eat western food but in a budget? Wait no more, you could enjoy this western food just about Rm 10 together with drink.

Many choices for you too choose. Though the portion is not that big, but it just nice portion for most of the people.

Cleanliness: Poor. Really need to improve.

*Less lighting I suppose. Somehow yellow lighting does not suit me well.

*It was heavily rain that night. Seat very limited. Sorry for the poor picture quality.

Bintang Sue - Damansara Uptown Hawkers Centre


Uptown Hawkers is a 24 hours food centre consisting of 100 stalls with variety of western cuisine and local delicacies. With 250 fixed tables, 1500 seating capacities and thousands of choices available at competitive prices - its no surprise that Uptown is alive late at night till the early morning.

Located at Jalan SS 21/39, was our chosen location for dinner tonight. Since its a hawkers centre, varieties of food available. Recommended by friend, we decided to try this Chinese Style food. Friend told us that the owner is Chinese but converted to Muslim. The stall run by the family. Uncle take order, cook are his wife and son.

Once you reached the Hawkers Centre, look for Lot 1026. A nice talkative uncle will greet you with the menu. This stalls name "Bintang Sue".




You can pre-order your food upon arrival.

Knowns for their best Epal Asam.

The Loaf Empire Gallery - Subang Jaya



Its Christmas's Eve. Heavy raining and stuck in traffic jam. Whats better to do..? Stop by at Empire Gallery get a hot drink. Right after reach the lower ground from parking lots, we saw this bakery. So, give it a try then!

The Loaf is a baking concept operating in Malaysia based upon traditional Japanese technique. Japanese baking has evolved over many centuries and now these delicious premium breads and pastries are available in Malaysia.

Many of you may knows that this bakery endorsed by dearest ex Prime Minister of Malaysia, Tun Mahathir.
