Previously we visited Restoran Doli at TTDI and experience the fried kuew teow. So we went to this Mali's Corner that very famous with their char keuy teow. Thought both two partly different in the serving, we believe that we should compare this two place.
Mali's Corner was first establish at Taman Bunga Raya near TAR College, now Mali's Corner had expended to more proper set up with two storey shop lots. At Taman Bunga Raya, Mali's Corner remain as roadside stall set up. Still maintain their strategy, the self service concept is not my favor at all.
Menu very limited. But Mali's famous with their Nasi Lemak and Char Kuey Teow. Now nasi ayam has been introduce into the family. I personally never taste the nasi ayam. The char kuey teow was far better than Restoran Doli with much lower price. The sambal for nasi lemak also taste good.
Recommended for you out there to try Mali's Corner.
Expect long queue during peak hours; self service concept
The place
The kitchen
Large Portion Char Kuey Teow (Rm5.50)
Service: Self service. Never favour this concept.
Cleanliness: Good
P/S:

i believe the food is very good and marvelous...but i'm not agree with the customer service from the counter...it was so suck which the staff attended at the counter not so attentive and always make face and rolling eyes to customers..along that..u not even really know where exactly your lines and the service was so terrible.... even though u also can see the preparation of the food been done from the counter...u even can see how they prepare the food in front of ur eyes, u can see they are not wearing any gloves while handling ur foods, not even wearing caps, they dont have those education about food safety and security while handling foods, the terrible food place i ever had in my life...

Hi Azrai,
Thank you for your comment. Luckily you visited the Platinum Walk branch. Have you visited the Bunga Raya branch? Its even worst. Customer queue such a chaos, order jumble up.
I dont like the idea of self service.
But Im there for the char kuey teow, do love it. Not so much for the nasi lemak though.
Good point to share with other readers.
