Arrived early at the hotel around 1pm. Usually check in time will be at 2pM. We just try our luck with preparation to be turned down. Yet, we were check in smoothly without any question. Thumbs up!
Placed at Level 12. Rooms was spacious. Though the set up not that modern, bathroom also clean with 90% mark! Clean bed sheet cover with multi layer blanket. Two TVs in our room to cater the living area and bedroom. Separate bathroom and tubs. Yet the hot water was not that hot. Its kinda disappointing since its all day raining in Melaka. Cold water will feel like straight from the freezer.
The room connected to superior room. Believe that the next room accommodated by family (maybe large family) judging from level of noise which quite distracting. Around 3 pm, we were greeted by the staff that send us a welcome complimentary fruits.
Staffs were attentive and greeted guests with smiles.
