Restoran Murtabak Singapore has been featured in Jalan - Jalan Cari Makan (JJCM) around February 2011. Since then, I have been craving any opportunity to drive to Bangi to try this "King of Murtabak". Recent visit to this restaurant, I had the opportunity to chat with the owner. He shares with me, that Dato Farid (ex Media Prima CEO) is one of his loyal customer. He also added that dearest Prime Minister is also one of his loyal customer as most occasion held at Sri Perdana, Putrajaya will serve his murtabak.
What I like about:
The size of the murtabak for sure! Haha! Look at the size, as size always matter! =p
Taste wise, it does taste delicious. You could see for yourself the way murtabak is prepare. It started with the first layer, and repeated over time to make it to that size. Egg will function as the "glue" to stick the "chicken/beef" to each layer. The size will be well worth your money.
What I do not like about:
I not that happy with the restaurant cleanliness. I hope that it can be further improve. So this time, I take it home.
